Attorney J.J. Childers has been around small businesses his entire life. He was exposed at an early age to the life of small business through his own family. Building upon this experience, he attained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree as well as his Juris Doctor. A licensed attorney, he has worked with literally thousands of small businesses throughout the United States helping them to save and protect millions of dollars from lawsuits, income taxes, and death taxes.

Attorney D. Bryce Finley is licensed in the states of Arkansas and Nevada. Through his experience working with a private law firm as well as his time in the public sector working for the Office of the Attorney General, he gained much-needed insight into the inner workings of the legal system. Working in Arkansas and Nevada, he assists clients with the use of legal entities to accumulate and preserve their hard-earned assets.
